The general operating conditions of the online store www.project164.ftpwebdesign.com (hereinafter the provider) are drawn up in accordance with the Act on Electronic Business on the Market (ZEPT), the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Code of Obligations (OZ) and the Personal Data Protection Act ( ZVOP-1).
The online store www.project164.ftpwebdesign.com (hereinafter "BLEND ME UP") is managed by Blend me up, d.o.o., a provider of e-business services (hereinafter "provider").
The provider reserves the right to make any changes to the general terms and conditions of business without special notice. The changes apply from the moment of publication and are binding for the user.

The general terms and conditions deal with the operation of the online store, the rights and obligations of the user and the business relationship between the provider and the customer. The user is bound by the general conditions that are valid at the time of placing the online order. The online store is open every day, 24 hours a day. Due to various technical reasons, doing business through the online store or even accessing the store is sometimes not possible. 1. Registration and purchase process
User registration is not required when ordering. It means that the order can be placed without registration, but it must be taken into account that the prices for unregistered users may differ from the prices for registered users.
In order to place a product order, it is mandatory to enter personal data (name, surname, address, e-mail address). In the case of purchasing a company, the name of the company and the tax number of the company are also mandatory.

Purchase process
The order begins with the selection of the offered products by adding them to the basket using the "Add to basket" button. One product is enough to purchase. After making your selection and assuming you agree with the contents of the basket, proceed with the "Next Step" button. The purchase process below consists of three steps: 1 – purchase data, 2 – entry of personal data and selection of delivery method, 3 – order summary. You can interrupt the ordering process at any time by closing the browser window, unless you have already confirmed the order with the "Confirm order" button directly after the order summary. After submitting an electronic order, the customer receives a notification by e-mail that the order has been successfully submitted. The provider can call the customer on his contact phone number to check the data, correctness of the order or coordination of the order. The contract for the purchase of the ordered products between the client and the provider is irrevocably concluded with the dispatch of the shipment.
1. Price
All listed prices are in euros. The prices already include 9.5% VAT on food and 22% VAT on all other products. Prices are valid at the time of placing the order and do not have a predetermined validity, except in the case of promotions, when the validity of the offer is specifically indicated.
Despite our best efforts to provide the most up-to-date and accurate information, it may happen that the price information is incorrect. In this case, or in the event that the price of the product changes during the processing of the order, the provider will allow the customer to withdraw from the purchase.
The purchase contract between the provider and the buyer is concluded the moment the provider confirms the order. From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the buyer. After submitting the order, the user receives a notification by e-mail that the order has been accepted or rejected.
2. Promotional code
The promotional code brings various benefits (discounts on products, free shipping...) when purchasing and is limited in time. The active promotional code is published by the provider in a way that corresponds to the purpose of the provider's marketing campaign. The provider does not guarantee that there is an active promotional code at the time of purchase.
You can find the active code on the front page of the advertising message, in an email or other media. The code brings various benefits. Any code is always limited in time, and must be used within a limited specified period, otherwise it is invalid.
How do I use a promotional code (coupon)? A promotional code is an alphanumeric string of characters that the user enters before completing the order by entering it in the "promotional code" field.
After that, the benefit attributed to the coupon is automatically activated in the system and the product basket shows that the coupon has been activated.
3. Delivery
The buyer covers the postage himself if the purchase amount is less than €15.00, otherwise the shipping costs are free.

We will deliver the ordered goods to the address you provided during registration or purchase process. We recommend that you state the address where you are in the morning. We also recommend that you write a mobile number where you can be reached in the morning, as the courier will call you and agree with you on the method of delivery.
4. Payment methods and invoice
The provider allows the following payment methods:
- online payment (Pay by credit card via the online payment interface - redirection to secure payment).
- by paying through the Apple Pay service (the Apple Pay payment system is a secure and widespread system of paying for services over the Internet for users of Apple products).
Regardless of the chosen method of payment for the items, you will receive the invoice for the purchase of the items in the package together with the ordered goods.
The invoice details the price, tax and all costs related to the purchase.
The buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the data for issuing the invoice before placing the order. The buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the data on the account and to notify the provider of any errors within 8 working days at the latest.
The provider does not take into account objections made later regarding the correctness of the issued invoices.
5. Complaints and return of goods
Complaints will be considered if the provider did not comply with the order agreement (did not deliver the ordered product or only delivered it damaged). The provider undertakes to eliminate the mentioned errors in the shortest possible time.
The provider reserves the right to reject the complaint in the following cases:
• if there is no invoice attached,
• if the goods were not returned in their original packaging,
• if the user used the goods without limitation until the withdrawal from the contract.
All products are inspected before delivery and shipped undamaged. We will carefully pack your products in a delivery box so that they reach you undamaged and in their original packaging.
Upon acceptance of the goods, the client is obliged to check the quantity and quality of the goods.
In accordance with Article 37 of the Consumer Protection Act, in the event of a product defect, the buyer has the right to request that the company replace the defective product with a new flawless product or return the amount paid or correct the defect in the product or return part of the paid amount in proportion to error.
If the packaging is damaged, the buyer must notify the provider of his request within 8 days of receiving the goods.
The buyer has the right to inform the provider by e-mail damir@tee2.si that he withdraws from the contract within 15 days of receiving the goods, without having to state the reason for his decision. The only cost charged to the customer in connection with withdrawal from the contract is the cost of returning the goods. The goods must be returned to the provider no later than 15 days after the notification of withdrawal from the purchase.
Returned goods must be unused, undamaged and in the original and undamaged packaging. The refund will be made to the customer's account as soon as possible or no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods.
6. Warranty
The goods have a warranty if it is stated so on the warranty card or invoice. The warranty is only valid if the instructions for use, the instructions on the warranty card and upon presentation of the warranty card and invoice are followed. The warranty periods are indicated on the warranty card. If there is no warranty information, the item has no warranty.
7. Security
BLEND ME UP uses appropriate technological and organizational means to protect the transfer and storage of personal data, orders and payments.
8. Protection of personal data
The provider undertakes to protect all private data of the user in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1) and the Privacy and Cookie Protection Policy. All personal data of the user of the online store are confidential and will not be forwarded to unauthorized persons under any circumstances.
You can visit most pages in our online store without having to disclose your personal information, such as your name, address and email address. Nevertheless, we obtain some information automatically using cookies and web signals ("pixel tags"), standard tools in the online industry. The use of cookies and web beacons allows us to recognize your IP address, the type of browser you use, and your general online activity. If you turn off cookies on your computer, it will not be possible to make a purchase in the online store.

The provider makes every effort to ensure that the information published on its site is up-to-date and correct. Nevertheless, product features, delivery dates or prices can change so quickly that the provider is unable to correct the information on the website. In such a case, the provider will inform the customer about the changes and allow him to withdraw from the order or replace the ordered product.
Although the provider tries to provide accurate images of the products for sale, all images should be taken as symbolic and do not guarantee the characteristics of the product.
10. Intellectual Property
The provider complies with the applicable legislation on consumer protection and other regulations of the Republic of Slovenia. The provider tries to fulfill its duty and establish an efficient system for dealing with complaints and designate a person with whom the buyer can contact by phone or e-mail in case of problems.
11. Complaints and Disputes

Users and the provider will resolve any disputes amicably, but if this is not possible, the court in Ljubljana will be responsible for resolving disputes.
